It's a family-run guest house. The host is super nice. The breakfast is on request and they made different dishes each day. They helped us to reserve the bus tickets to Tbilisi and made sure we got on the bus.

Good location (15 mins walk to get to the center), owner of this guest house is incredibly kind, hospitable. Hotel is really nice inside, clean rooms with shower and toilet stuff -towels, shampoo ( Pantene Pro V), disposable slippers. Common kitchen with fridge, tables, coffee,tea, wine opener :)

The price is good for the space you have. The bathroom is well equpped and clean and moderne

Check-in process was complicated. No where is mentionned that the address given is a guest house. There is NO SIGN, NO NAME etc.. had to do a few calls before someone got out of the building to open the door.

WiFi connection is great, I could do work without any problems. The hotel has excellent location. There are many good options for food and shopping nearby.

This small hotel is located in a backstreet very close to Andranik Metro station, so it is possible to walk everywhere in the Kentron. There are a lot of cheap places for lunch and dinner nearby. The room was reasonably priced. I spent 12 nights and the breakfast was good enough and not repetitive. The WiFi in the room worked really great, I had no trouble working all the time.

The weather in March was really cold and I needed to have the air heater on all the time.

Very large room which was spotless. You can walk to most of the attractions or a Metro station is very close. Near places to eat and supermarket etc. Lovely hosts who offer coffee/tea and snacks in the dining area. Laundry service also available. Would definitely stay here again

Really great and welcoming hosts, really nice people. The location is literally 15 Min walking distance from the center but it feels like in countryside - on a silent back street. Good place to stay if you arrive by car, you can park on the street just in front. Nearest metro station 5 min walk. The breakfast was tasty. The room with large windows, many electric sockets, clean shower etc
