    Brakefast was ok but I would have like more local food the staff was grate and kind and the rooms was clean . The food staff was kind and often smile.

    I found the food a little bland. I was surprised that it featured little or no "traditional" Caribbean dishes. Paella is more than just half a dozen mussels and prawns in a very large pan. Bassa needs expertise to bring out flavour. I am aware that the resort is undergoing uplifting following covid and closure. There was very little information given whilst booking that the resort is operating at less than 100% and that many of the facilities advertised are not available. Your front desk staff are EXCELLENT. When I had a problem with needing a room extension for 24hrs they were understanding and unflappable. Ailine information was incorrect and I later had to retract my request. They were SO understanding & accommodating.

    The distribution of information !!! There is none. Surely in this day of PCs and printers supply a sheet telling guests for instance what entertainment is on and when. Even to explain that reservations are necessary at the central restaurant. There is simply insufficient information about EVERYTHING !! Provision of drinking water could be improved. Having to learn from earlier guests that one needs to acquire a bottle and help yourself is just not good enough. Lack of staff at the bars when so many guests require cocktails causes unnecessary long queues. BUT I WILL RETURN !!

    Location was perfect! It was on a beautiful breach-front.

    The pool needs to be painted. It looks like it has mould in it. I did not see anyone use the pool while I was there and that could be a deterrent.

    The staff were very friendly and approachable, the location was perfect, the beach was just sparkling blue and calm. The accommodation was adequate for the price as well as the food. I have no complaints. The pools are also lovely and the nightly entertainment/DJ made it fun too.

    The resort could definitely benefit from a few upgrades but for the price and location it's still a steal!

    The staff were all really friendly and very helpful, they couldn't do enough for us. The food was very good with an excellent selection at breakfast every morning. The A La Carte menu at the Pizza Factory was very tasty and well presented and the buffet evenings gave variety too. All of the food was very good. The resort was quiet because of the time of year i.e. off peak in June but we enjoyed that as we didn't have to queue for breakfast or drinks. We often had the swimming pool to ourselves and the beach was not crowded at all. The Jolly Bay Beach is absolutely gorgeous with 2 miles of white sand and very calm and clean sea.

    It would have been good to have equipment to sweep our bathroom floor with as the room is only cleaned once a week unless you pay for it to be done whilst you are there.
