The location was great. The room was comfortable and the staff were lovely.
✓ I had a very comfortable room. Unfortunately I was not well and could not eat the breakfast but the staff were great …giving me paracetamol and water instead of breakfast!

Pleasant
✓ Decent breakfast and location was reasonable for us cycling the Rebellion Way. Cycles could be stored in a secure shed. Evening dinner was excellent!

✓ The location was great, 20min walk to the centre, if you don't mind the hill. The breakfast was good, and plentiful. The staff were pleasant and friendly.

Very comfortable and made to feel very welcome.
✓ Breakfast and meals were superb and staff were really helpful in meeting my specific requests. Landlady and the bar ladies all lovely and very considerate in changing my room to a more 'accessible' one even though I hadn't requested this. I was made to feel very welcome.
✗ Bathroom was looking a bit 'tired' with rusty rails and fittings. I think they are having a refurbishment though so I'm sure this will be addressed. Otherwise my room was very good and not noisy even though it was close to the bar area.
