Right at the center. Near to the market. Comfortable bed and pillow. Clean wash rooms. Good and quality service from the staff

Could find difficult to get a car parking. But will be quite easy at night

Very nice small hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The two sisters that manage the place speak very good English and are very knowledgeable. They can provide great tips about what to visit in Yerevan and all over Armenia. I was offered some delicious tea. Various nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Location is very central and yet calm. Breakfast can be ordered at a discounted rate at the café next door.

Nice location, but I expected more for the money I paid

Central location, nice young lady on the reception, spacious room

No kettle and tea in the room, smell in the bathroom, inconvenient shower with no borders (only a curtain). When I was leaving, the receptionist checked the room to see if I had stolen or ruined anything 😂 Maybe it’s normal in Armenia, but I never saw such attitude in hotels in any other countries.

A little bit offcentered location for a fair price.

My room got a real nice mattresses and bed, greeting tea was offered to me on my arrival, there were shampoo and conditioner as well as slippers, everything was looking clean and in a good condition.

It's a first floor so be sure to use curtains because in some rooms like the one I had windows are facing towards inner yard with some traffic and you have a feeling of being in the street with a windows of such height and width. Shower pressure was ok, but it took a long time to warm up, so don't expect it to happen instantly.
