Has potential to be a great hotel for your groups - just needs a spray of exit mould and a toothbrush first.

✓ The entrance gave the promise of a hotel that knew what it was doing and was comfortable and wld meet expectations. I did only stay here as this is where my tour was leaving from but after the end of a week in the Royal Mile, I was looking forward to some down time.

✗ Sheets didn’t fit bed. It was a flat sheet that was tucked in at the end and that was it. As a result you ended up on the mattress protector by the middle of the night. Pillow cases were too small for pillows with a third uncovered. Bathroom may have been given a wipe over but that was it. There was mould in basin and bath area and pubic hair in the bath. Hotel policy was testing cleaning on a 3 day rotation. My assumption is that this has less to do with the environment and more to do with a lack of staff. If you are going to accommodate multiple bus groups, make sure you have the staff to not only serve customers but also to support your team who are under pressure.

✗ 3 days & no change of towels even though I asked . I also requested more milk / change cups / teabags & request was ignored . Had to ask again before I got them

what is charge for a pet

Hello, We charge £10 per day to have a pet in the room with a £50 deposit in case of my damages.

Am I able to have a room which has not been occupied by a dog ?

Good Evening, As we are a pet friendly hotel we cannot promise that none of the rooms at one time will not have had a dog in them all rooms are cleaned after every persons stay though.

Hi, what is the noise like as it’s obviously quite close to the airport?

While we are conveniently located for transportation to the airport, we are not in the direct vicinity, so any noise from incoming or outgoing flights is minimal.

How far are you from the royal college of surgeon Edinburgh? Is there a direct tram or bus I can take ?

We are 6 miles from the Royal College of Surgeons. The quickest route from our hotel would be the 31 bus service, it stops right outside the hotel and can take you to the South Bridge top for the college in roughly 30 minutes
