When is the best time to visit your property for the perfect beach holiday?
Any time of the year is really a good time to visit Antigua as the weather is pretty consistent. It does get more warmer July through September.
How far are the hillside villas from the main pool and beach?
Those closer to the beach (1 - 3-minute walk) offer a partial sea view, while those higher up the hill (4 - 8-minute walk)

Yes, we are.
Is your private beach next to the property or do I need to use a means of transportation to go there?
Hermitage Bay is located on the beach, however the beach is not private...no beaches in Antigua are. There is public access, however we are located in a secluded bay at the end of an unpaved road so very few people visit this beach.
