First and foremost, the hotel's location was unbeatable. Situated in the heart of Yerevan, it provided easy access to the city's main attractions, restaurants, and shops. I could explore the charming streets and landmarks on foot, which added convenience and saved time during my trip. The staff at Hobby Hotel Yerevan deserves special recognition for their exceptional service. They were attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any questions or requests I had throughout my stay. Their genuine care for guests created a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing space to rest after a day of sightseeing. However, I must mention that there is room for improvement in terms of room facilities. While everything was functional, some aspects felt a bit dated and could benefit from modernization. Upgrading amenities and adding more thoughtful touches could elevate the guest experience significantly.

The staff was friendly.

The blankets and pillows were not new. And they didn't inform us in advance that the room was in the basement. The price is high compared to the facilities and location.

The check-in was done very good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

One point to note is the absence of air conditioner in the rooms in the basement. The breakfast could be improved.

perfect location about 10-15mins from all the major attractions and yet away from the crowd

Except for the Hotel Manager Ruzanna who was always cheerful, helpful and smiling none of the other staff seemed happy.

Very nice hotel and central located in Jerevan, all the sights are very close and can be visited by foot. Airport transfer was perfect and they called me a taxi by themselves to take me to the busstation.

Breakfast choices are small. I had a room in front and there is a lot of noise from the street, don't forget your earplugs!

Hotel has a very good location in city center, close to restaurants and sights. Room was clean, quiet neighborhood. Personal is very friendly and helpful.

Internet wasn't available in the hotel room. This was addressed to the hotel personal, no actions were taken.

The property is close to the city center and located in the well lighted street, few restaurants few meters away. The ac worked well. The internet was fast enough.

The breakfast offered at late hours from 9 to 11, most of the tours start before that time so you cannot use that facility. Housekeeping was keeping coming everyday to change towels and replenish amenities. However, the room was never mopped up in the bathroom or vacuumed in the leaving room. They also opened the window in the room that was high and not reachable. The soundproof is very bad and every sound in the corridor, next room or outside in the street are heard. The curtain in the room was smaller than the width of the window that could not prevent the street light coming in the room from one side. There is no welcome water, that makes it challenging for a newly arrived guest. I would suggest the property to use dispenser in the private washroom for shampoo and soap/shower gel to reduce plastic waste. To offer at least fruits and hot drink for early departing guests who cannot use the breakfast option.
