✓ Helpful and nice personell, good choices of food for breakfast, clean and spacious room, water and tea provided in the room, supermarket and food restaurants nearby. We were served with cake in the lobby as it was National Day of Saudi Arabia

✓ The Bangladeshi staff are too helpful. Hotel room is good and clean. Location also really good, just besides the red sea. Uber is available here. Al Balad is 10mins from Uber. from airport 30mins drive.
✗ My flight was landed in Jeddah at 12:30am, And I reached hotel for check in around 2 o'clock midnight. but I was informed my flight schedule them before. and booking.com also shows it was confirm. BUT! when I reached there for checked in , the receptionist guy was denying to give my room. they said it was not confirm! at that midnight I was totally lost! He was asking me to check-in their another hotel which is actually little far from this. And I booked this location because of Red sea. After showing them proper information they have to give me the room! which is really not a well professional attitude.

Good for a night stay but not comfortable enough for me to stay longer.
✓ 1. The location was nice as it was situated near the beach area and there were convenient shop nearby. 2 The room was clean and spacious for a solo traveller like myself. 3. They also let the guest view the room before proceeding with the stay.
✗ 1. The staff could be more friendlier with its guest 2. The hotel need to relook into their amenities and services as I had to wait almost half a day for a towel which was not provided when I check into the hotel. 3. They also need to work around their payment system. I had made payment using cash however I needed to wait till the next day to get my changes back which the reception said they do not have any small changes to give me back.
