✓ I don't think the facility has any service to like

✗ First of all, we entered the facility around 20:00. The staff member for the check-in process spoke without looking at us as if he had waited for us. Those who are weak in English and German, I think it is preferred to communicate in French. When he gave us our room, it was shown to us that you will leave from there. Your own effort and ability to find the room in the facility is highly decisive. When we found the room, we encountered a huge spider at the door. After excluding the spider, we entered the room and saw 3 live insects, 2 of which were on the curtain and 1 on the floor. While neutralizing the bugs, another flying bug appeared on my wife, bouncing off the sofa. Since the reception was out of service, when we called the booking customer service, they said that it would be our own decision to stay in the room or go to another facility, since there is no one to contact as reception in the facility. There is a very dirty 2 seater sofa in the room. We had booked 2 rooms, 2 rooms were equally bad. It takes serious courage to use a thromboline with leaves etc. on which children jump in the garden. In addition, the place where you stay about 150 meters from the car park, you have to walk that distance. It is in a location that can be considered close to the center of Colmar and the wine routes by car, but you cannot reach it on foot.

Strategic place for visit small villages in Alsace.

Nice, clean, and affordable apartments for a family stay... but seems to be focused on big groups

✓ We spent a weekend there with the family for a reunion with friends. The apartments are nice and - while nothing special - really have everything you need for a short stay, and are clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the pool area seemed very inviting from a quick look (unfortunately we did not have time to enjoy it). Also, the price is quite affordable.

✗ It seems the breakfast room (and also the adjacent restaurant) are really optimized for large groups. Every evening we saw 3-4 busses pull in, and I was just glad not to be there when those groups had breakfast. If you arrive after them, the empty breakfast room seems strange, and has the charm of a hospital canteen. One evening we went to the restaurant where the staff seemed completely overwhelmed with the more than 100 guests. So you better try to avoid the crowds. Also, I would have wished for the staff to be a bit more attentive, and not put a family with a small kid and a baby on the first floor without elevator

Center of the universe for Colmar!

✓ Apartment clean and good shower room, small kitchen area & comfortable bed,

✗ No outside sitting space for studio apartment, only velux roof windows and up two fairly steep flights of stairs - ok if fully fit or little and light luggage- but only type available when booked. Would stay again if able to book apartment with balcony/outside space.

✓ The apartment was very comfortable, the breafast was fantastic. Pool area is small, but clean and after long drive it was pleasant.
