✓ I arrived very late and they facilitated check in with no problems. helpful staff. Everything was clean and breakfast was great. Its good value for money.

✗ I didn't love the location as it takes forever to get from Gangnam to the rest of Seoul, but good for 1 night to explore the area.

✓ Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, free breakfast. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are equipped with an ac, a tv, a hairdryer, a fridge and a kettle. It’s in an easily accessible area.

Nice room, good value for money

✓ The room and bathroom are clean. Beds are comfortable. The hotel is located on a busy street so you hear a bit of the traffic, but not much unless you open your window. Nearby are several convenience stores and buss stops. Closest metro station is Gangnam. The location was good for me but if you want to visit the palaces, those are about 50 minutes by public transport. Breakfast is always included and is served in the basement. There is an extended choice of foods (good foods), but it smells a bit when you get out of the elevator. Staff is very friendly and helpfull.

✗ It would be good if they warned you beforehand that they charge extra for a toothbrush/toothpaste and that they do not provide body lotion.
