Very good
✓ The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The air in the room was a bit stale and not venting well with the one window and they were able to help get an air freshener and tried to move to another room to make sure things were comfortable. The half-board was also very convenient for a longer stay and hosted in the restaurant of the hotel.
✗ A fan for the room to keep the air moving in the summer would have been nice. Tea was provided in the rooms but no kettle.

✓ The friendliness of the staff. The quality of the food. The en-suite bathroom was great. The maid service was excellent. All in all great value for money.
✗ Not much really, for the money we paid we were very satisfied with the hotel. The heating in the bedroom could not be controlled meaning that the room became too warm at night. Also, even though the bedroom was well maintained it was small for 3 adults and all their ski gear

✓ Room was nice, clean and warm. The breakfast was pretty nice too, a great way to start the day. Hotel Panda is great value for money, would definitely stay there again

Great little hotel, great location, great food, excellent value for money.
✓ Hotel is in a great central location, 5 minutes walk to the main ski lifts. The hotel restaurant (Restaurant Cava Roca), was fabulous, superb steaks, chicken, lamb all cooked over a wood fire, the prices were very reasonable also.

Hi, no charge for dogs if they are clean and quiet. We have no particular area for dogs, all the montain is for you ! Regards, Ben

No way. Our insurance is very strict : a triple room can accomodate 3 adults, or 3 adults and a baby under 3 y.o. Cause in case of fire, we'd have very big problems... You can book a single room for a very good price !

The beginner's pass allows you to ski in the lower slopes of the Pas de la Casa sector (impossible to go to the other sectors). The cost is appx €35.
