very pleasant stay

✓ beautiful grounds groomed daily and we were mossie free. pleasant attentive staff. lovely view from our premium room. wonderful massages at the centre. restaurant staff again helpful and food clearly labelled on breakfast buffet.

✗ rickity little lift to take you down for access to the bottom pool, part beach view rooms and beach. although the attendants were kind and helpful. the staircase was not well used as it was not obvious which way to go. not enough sun shades on top pool and bottom pool (had only 2 ). the attendants were helpful but in the heat of 35 degrees it didn’t make sense.

Clean property but overpriced

✓ The room was comfortable, the food was delicious. They have really good selection of south India food for breakfast.

✗ The location of Kovalam has gotten bad. There was a lot of smoke in the air due to burning of leaves. Also a church nearby had a loud speaker that kept going on. So sitting in the balcony and enjoying the view was not as pleasurable as could have been. One last issue I had was it was overpriced for everything, from taxi services to shopping in the hotel.
