Wonderful stay in Cairns

✓ Loved everything about this apartment, very spacious and comfortable and everything we needed for a week's stay and self catering. View amazing. Pool lovely. Very secure and in a great location. Being able to access on arrival with the key box was great and instructions easy to follow.

✗ Had a bit of furniture noise from the apartment above us, but nothing too bad. There was no-one in Reception on the first 4 occasions I tried to check in, which was quite annoying as we were on holiday and doing lots of activities and trying to enjoy our time. I was worried they thought I was avoiding paying. Finally they phoned the apartment so I was able to arrange a time with them to go down.

Our apartment 30 was really good thanks to Craig and Tania who tried to meet our requests re aparmen

✓ The apartment 30 was fantastic regarding view of sea boats and people without them seeing us

✗ All three beds need replacing they all are obviously old and have done there day the two smaller bedrooms beds are very bottomed out or a lump down the middle of the bed showing the age or long use of beds . The main bedroom was just satisfactory

We do have a swim-out apartment available. You will need to amend your booking directly with booking.com.

Do you provide beach towels to guest at the hotel?

Yes, we do. We provide one pool/beach towel per guest.

What restaurants, attractions, and public transport options are nearby?

Five minutes down the road is a variety of restaurants along the Esplanade. In regard to attractions, we have the Cairns Aquarium close by, or a day trip to the Reef or rainforest. Taxis or public buses are your public transport options.

What floor is 1 BR on? Is there a lift or is it schlep up The stairs

All our Apartments are 3 bedroom, if you book a 1 or 2 Bedroom we will lock off rooms accordingly. The Swimouts are ground level and are only sold as a 3 Bedroom. All the other Apartments are from level 2 to 6 and there is a lift to all levels.

Two-Bedroom Apartment - Ocean Front Bedding can it be a two large double beds ? We are thinking of coming up with a group of at least 11 people adults in early May 2023 and wondering how many apartments you have available

Hi, the bedding options are that the main bedroom is always a double bed. The other bedrooms can be set up as either double beds or split into 2 singles.
