Many thanks for your enquiry. Unfortunately Jacob's Creek Retreat does not have a restaurant on site, however we would be more than happy to send over a list of recommended restaurants in the surrounding areas.
Hi, can you walk to restaurants close by or do you have to drive?
Hi, We are within 5 minute drive from many restaurants however not really walkable. There is a great local Barossa Valley Taxi service if required. Thank you for making contact.
Hi, are there any bikes on the property please?
Hi there, many thanks for your enquiry. Unfortunately there are no bikes on the property though we would be happy to provide a list of companies in the Barossa to rent from.
Do you have a free cancellation Policy? We are planning on arriving on Thursday 25 th February

Do you offer gift cards?
Many thanks for your question. Yes, we offer gift vouchers by direct contact with our office. The voucher is for a dollar amount you specify and pre pay. The voucher is then emailed to you to be completed with the "TO" and "FROM" sections. Jerry

Many thanks for your enquiry. Our Orlando retreat suite has two beds- one 4 poster king bed and another king that can be separated into two singles on request. Unfortunately there is no restaurant on site.
Do you have 2 single beds?

Many thanks for staying with us and loving the suite and grounds. I'm so glad we where able to set aside an area for the private outdoor dinner for your group of four plus friends not actually staying at the retreat, all last minute however worked perfectly for you. Re your in suite service, we are not a hotel so do not do daily service, however we had no issue servicing the suite during your stay and cleaning all the dishes , cutlery, glasses and floors from the in suite meal you held during your stay. We even cleaned dishes and cutlery from your friends suite and returned all to them for use during the rest of their stay. We always will go above and beyond with our service to make sure your stay is perfect. Best Regards Jerry

We try to keep our breakfasts quite simple to cater to most of our guests' tastes, however if you have a special dietary requirement you are absolutely able to send us an email or message before the date of your stay and we will cater to you to the best of our ability!

Hi Mikala, Firstly, I'm so glad you enjoyed our property. Regarding the room issues, I was shocked when reading your review, I had met you multiple times throughout your stay and we had a lovely discussion as you where leaving; you had nothing but praise for your stay. If I had known of any issue on day one of your stay I would have had the issue dealt with immediately. I will personally check the door and fan today. We have had multiple guests stay since your departure and no issue was posted online or mentioned to me personally. Regarding the fridge, unfortunately all fridges turn on/off and once again I have never had any noise issues brought to my attention. However, I will again check this out personally.
