payed for 5 beds, received 3 and got no refund

✗ we payed for a 5 bed accommodation and were given 3. The staff was rude and said they couldn’t do anything about the issue and that booking.com is who caused the issue. they offered no discount or refund and were very dismissive and rude as previously stated.

if you are a student this is the perfect place to stay as it is near all of the bars/clubs and right beside the ski

✗ nicer staff, unfortunately we lost our room key on the last day and got shouted at by the security and was kicked out of the apartment. Luckily I knew people on the resort and was able to stay in their apartment but the security was so rude and shouted at us threatening to call the police. the receptionist in the morning then charged us 40 euros to replace the lost key which would not of cost them 40 euros to replace.
