The apartment was above expectations. It is close to the center, there are many restaurants and shops. The host is communicative and helpful. My choice for the next visit to Yerevan.

The apartment was quite specious. Also, the location was great!

The apartment was dirty (hair and dust on the floor), smelled (someone smoked in there before). It was really unpleasant to sleep because of the smell. The sink was stuck, and the kettle was broken. Even though we contacted the staff, they didn't fix the kettle, they didn't bring a new one. To pay by card, we had to walk the office of the managing company. That was inconvenient. In the office, they took a deposit in cash, and we faced an issue to receive it back, as the refund was possible only to a Russian or Armenian account. We learned that when we left the country. In short, it isn't worth the money we paid. It was a disappointment!
