The apartment has 3 rooms with shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. I stayed in one room for 2 nights and basically had the whole apartment for mysef for one night. The owner was pretty helpful even though they did not speak English fluently.

Great place! I was staying in twin room, which was not big, but tidy and clean. The common area is much bigger and well equipped The bathroom also clean and refurbished. And fast WiFi. The owner is very kind and helpful. I could also easily arrange leaving my luggage until the late afternoon after the check out. .

Good location near the center and there is small food store in front of the hostel. There is a big kitchen in the house, which is shared with 3 rooms I think as well as the bathroom.

Only downside is there was little bit of mold near the plastic windows in my room, and I could also smell it little bit, which is not very healthy :) I think it is because guests do not ventilate enough, so not owners fault. Also I didn't know how to set warm water in the shower, it was only cold or hot, nothing between. In the kitchen is missing draining board for the dishes.

The apartment is very good, kitchen with everything you need, it's clean and modern, the bedrooms are really comfortable, even the decoration is nice. The mattresses are comfortable, and the bed linen is soft. The lady is incredibly nice, I made a mistake on my schedule and booked for 2 days instead of 1. She accepted me to pay only for 1 night. A very few people would have accepted to do that ! I recommend 200%

Sevan is not a place to spend a night, but if you should, this is a very good choice.

Superb location, 50 m from small supermarket, 100 from a good restaurant. Clean, wifi signal was strong, also possibility to use kitchen. Towels were provided.

It's a creapy place with a rude and unfriendly owner! Didn't show up to check me in and had another guest show me my room. Than Barged into my room in the night to get her money. Construction going on and noise also inside the house.n
