Pleasant, comfortable, clean.

✓ The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was well appointed (desks, end tables, lighting). The staff at the front desk were amazing, with prompt service and a genuine willingness to answer questions, print what I needed printing, etc.

✗ The coffee maker was dreadful (a very cheap one-cup drip affair). When I asked for a kettle--I bought a little Bodum to make my own coffee--they didn't have one. So I'd encourage them to either upgrade their coffee makers or make kettles available on request. (It may sound like a little thing, but a good cup of coffee in the morning is a must for many people.) Also, my fridge froze all of my food. Though it worked well for the first two days.

✓ I like the room layout. Staff are always nice and the lobby always looks cool.

✗ This particular room was odd with the windows. I didn't notice right away that anyone could see me sitting on my bed when they were standing near the elevator around the corner. That made me uncomfortable. Once I noticed I kept that shade down on the window. Also the plug for electronics beside the bed is under the bedside table. Not hard for me but I know it would be hard for my sister if she was there. Also black under there so hard to see.
