Good hotel. Nice proximity to city center and airport due to metro access.

✓ Hotel was safe and quiet but a bit far from central Lisbon where all the bars and restaurants were.
✗ Breakfast buffet was cold... Didn't really enjoy it.

A good hotel past its prime
✓ Its location was very convenient to walk to and from the MEO Kalorama venue. The lobby is stylish, convenient, and overall impressive. Breakfast was good, and the staff were all very polite and helpful.
✗ There are marks on the walls and there’s a weird shower system (get ready to be either freezing in the shower or get first-degree burns). In general, the rooms and corridors look a bit worse for wear than what you’d expected from a four-star hotel.

Pleasant hotel with very friendly staff
✓ Good location - beside metro and close to airport. Very friendly staff.
✗ There was a problem with the water when I was there, water was brown/red for my entire stay. This problem could have been communicated better and a timeframe provided for resolution of the problem.

✓ The location makes it easy to reach city while being close to airport. THere is a metro close to the hotel. Thats the higlight of the hotel
✗ The buffet had lots of options, however wasnt a fan of all the flavours there. Apart from that the main minus point for me were the beds. Although I recieved an upgrade to the river view room. The room was spacious, however there was little light inside. But the beds were not comfortable for a good nights sleep
