Enjoyable, lovely weather and near amenities.

✓ Very clean and tidy. The outdoor terrace is ideal and convenient to relax in during the warm sunny days.

✗ Quite a narrow entrance into the driveway. I scraped my car on one of the stone gate posts, which has resulted in an expensive repair. Also, the bed needs a new mattress.

✓ It was a compact little flat which was just right for a short stay visiting my sister who lives in St Annes

✗ The parking outside the house was a bit tight to get into so I parked on a side street down the road

Liked it but not spacious

✓ Bathroom and shower excellent. Very clean. Good parking and everything worked.

✗ Did not expect only bed to be pull-out although it was made up.

✓ The outdoor space was very useful. The rooms were kept exceptionally clean. Good to have a tv in the lounge and also one in the bedroom. Hosts pleasant and helpful.

✗ Close to a busy road and awkward for getting the car out. Narrow exit into the driveway.
