✓ The location is good, the staff was very friendly and give us a lot of tips. They offer a good breakfast as well. The room was to 3 person, as we only stay on it to take a shower and sleep, it is ok.

✗ The beaches front of the hotel, there is almost nobody, it makes me wonder if it is healthy or safe to be there, I did not asked about those questions with the staff of the hotel to make sure.

✗ Worse service client I have ever seen. I wa a trying to make a reservation in a hotel of the same chain, that bears the same name, but is located in another area where I was. When I found out accidentally booked not in the right area, but in another hotel on the other side of the city, the staff wouldn’t do the slightest thing to help out resolve the situation. They refused to cancel the reservation, or even to change the date, or anything to help. I had to cross the whole city at night, through dangerous areas, just to sleep in this hotel I had no desire to be at. And on top if it at the reception, the staff was just being totally disrespectful. Aweful experience. (Only the maids of the hotel were very sweet and nice ladies)

Terrible. Throw my money away.

✓ Absolutely nothing. Not even the location was good in my opinion.

✗ The breakfast was poor. The second day I didn't have breakfast there because the first experience was terrible. The food and the smell of the place was horrible. The lift was broken and I was forced to use allways the stair even with my suitcases. There wasn't any comforter blanket available. The two days were said that was in laundry.

We wouldn’t come back.

✓ The staff did try to help us as much as they could.

✗ Dirty sheets and missing towels that the staff were unable to replace until late in the night. It was impossible to call for the lift on one of the floors, since the buttons were broken. Breakfast was also lackluster.
