Exceptional
✓ The location, rooms and breakfast were great, and the staff members were lovely and helpful. Especially Joyce at the reception and her your younger male colleague were very understanding and helpful in resolving an issue I had due to safety concerns paused by my company.

Great hotel stay
✓ The property was super clean, the staff is so friendly too it’s close to the city center
✗ Thé breakfast was not to my liking. Not so much local options and it’s the same every day

The Azores are a great destination and the Sao Miguel Park Hotel was nicely located in town.
✓ The buffet breakfast was very good and included with the room cost. You could also have a buffet dinner for a very reasonable price which included drinks. The two pools (one indoor, one outdoor) were nice and reasonably clean. Overall, the staff were very friendly.
✗ The actual room was labelled “superior” but was not quite what we anticipated. The pictures on the hotel site were a bit misleading. We had a small balcony, so I guess that makes it superior. Otherwise it was just another hotel room. Oh well, we still enjoyed our stay.
