I woke up in paridise

✓ It was very cozy, in a popular tourist spot and to top it off my host was so accomodating

✗ I don’t think there was anything at all.

Had the place been as described we would have no doubt had a much better and enjoyable experience

✓ Pool on site, the kids really enjoyed it, if this had not been the case, it would have been a miserable experience for them and us as adults. The person who opened the door for us was very polite, the cleaner who kept us waiting, was also polite and quite pleasant

✗ No cleaning products, insufficient towels for number of people staying, had to ask for this, not enough pillows. Some of the sheets we dirty and one of the spare beds had not sheets on it. Showers need updating, hardly any water was coming out of them. There was a slight constant leak from the ceiling in downstairs bedroom plus the toilet wasn’t working properly we had to fill the tank manually. There were also some cockroaches. The host’s attitude, especially when asked about the washing machine which was listed within the facilities, was not accommodating at all. The host messaged us that we had to check out by 11am when time listed was by 12, we even had a miss call from them at 11am. The host was paid in full via agreed bank transfer

✗ Looks clean on the internet but was very dirty, the bed linens and pillows not fresh, the AC 's downstairs didn't work, only the one upstairs There is no up keeping of the place

✗ The bed ...the room...the house overall...wasn't wat I had expected for such a high cost ...didn't like it one bit...
