Conveniently located near Republic Square. Room is clean with own bathroom (small double room), and there is a shared kitchen for use. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Absolutely lovely and helpful host Christina, Best location, big supermarket just round the corner, the room has everything what you need, large kitchen area with everything you need. In one word - if going to Yerevan then staying only at Adamyan 11

Great location, close to Republic Square. Room had everything I needed, and the kitchen (shared only between 2 rooms) was well equipped. Check in was easy.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable, as the mattress was a little lumpy and only one small pillow. The space is small, but if you're out and about a lot, this isn't a problem. Window was broken and inaccessible to be opened, so no fresh air. However the air con worked well to keep the room cool.

This accommodation has fantastic location in Kentron very close to Republic Square. The facilities are good - you can have coffee/tea, even do some cooking. WiFi connection is great, I worked all days and had no problems. They helped me to store the luggage before and after my stay.

It was cold (around 0 Celsius) during my stay. They have heating system, but it was not effective enough, I was freezing most nights. The mini-hotel is in a small building which looks Ok inside, but is a part of group of buildings which are not in good repair - do not expect any luxury from the building, just reasonable comfort.

Great location, close to Republic square. Clean and good sized room, with it's own kitchen. Owner is very responsive, and kindly allowed me to leave my bags for the whole day after check out. All in all, great value for money.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Wonderful little apartment with 2 rooms and a kitchen located right behind Republic Square. Newly renovated and kept very clean daily. Silent at night. Friendly and helpful owner who can help arrange tours. Excellent wifi.

The mattress seemed a bit worn and I could feel the springs when lying on it.

The hotel is located near the republic square and businesses like Grand Candy, currency exchange, restaurants (walkable distance at Tavern Yerevan), vernissage and supermarkets. The owner is so patient, she allowed me to check in and out of the hotel at wee hours even though she's not staying at the same house. She patiently waited until I arrived in the hotel and even offered to book me taxi after checking out at 1:00am which is supposed to be a rest hour for her already. The room is quite small but just enough for me as I dont need a really very big space with double size bed, towels, AC, tv, cabinet, chair and table and window. It has clean toilet and bath with shampoo, soap, tissue, hand wash, tooth brush and a single use toothpaste..everything you basically need. There is a common dining and kitchen with common use of fridge, kettle and stove. There is also a hair dryer, flat iron that you can use..just simply, everything you need! Wifi has a strong signal. A really good value for the money. You pay only what you need. There is no breakfast offered but it is okay with me because I usually go out early in joining tours. The floor at my room is made up of wood that it screeches when i walk but still it is not a problem with me, just be careful as I guess there is a room below. I would definitely stay in this place again when I come back to Armenia.

the location was perfect. facilities were adequate. although the room was small I had my private bathroom.

there wasn’t anyone to help at the property whenever you want. I had to call them an wait for them to come. For my check in I couldn’t find the hostel and I searched so much and finally had to wait for 30minutes for them. There was a water leak on my room and some of my stuff got wet. Bit they fixed it. They also entered my room for fixing the leak with I knowing. the room was 6stairs under ground and it was facing a parking which made the room a little noisy.
