Excellent stay overall. Worth the price

✓ Breakfast was great, excellent variety of foods and products Great golf view Suites are super spacious, bright, clean, functional (bathroom tile not up to date, but not a huge problem as everything else is modern and clean). Hôtel a bit far from the beach but didn’t regret it as the area is nicer, cleaner and quieter than las americas beach area (full of loud bars) Really nice staff overall Great value for the price paid

✗ Loud music in the pool area was annoying given the bedroom was on that side of the suite. ( taking a nap was a bit of a struggle 😊) Too bad we couldn’t bring the food from the bar in the suite. This had to be consumed at the bar only.

Beautiful hotel, great location for taxis to different beaches and areas

✓ Rooms were beautiful. Large double bedroom with safe, loads of storage. Huge shower room. Spotless - cleaners in every day making the beds and cleaning. Lovely pool, no issues with sunbeds. Food in restaurant was delicious and a huge variety. Food and drinks at outside bar were much cheaper than expected. Lovely entertainment each evening.

✗ Bar shuts at 11pm - could do with being midnight. Most hotels have bar until at least then and evening entertainment for a little longer also.

Amazing stay at the Gara Suites

✓ Hotel was beyond our expectation. Rooms and hotel overall where very clean, probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice and food was fresh, it was also open later than other hotels I have stayed in. Hotel pool always had available sun loungers so it was never a race to put your towel down in the morning. Very close to Siam mall and park within walking distance. It is a little further out from the town but we enjoyed the walk and in the evening took a taxi which was very cheap and there was always available taxis at the hotel. We took a taxi from the airport and it was around €40 between 4 people and was much quicker than a transfer. Overall we had an amazing stay and would return again.

Stunning views and excellent food!

✓ For a large resort, our room felt away from any noise. The pool was also never too busy. The rooms were spacious and light, our Aircon could have been better but the many doors let plenty of extra breeze in. The duplex studios are stunning, I assumed the bedroom would be up the scary looking twirly stairs but it was actually a second bathroom and beautiful penthouse style balcony with incredible views over the golf course and to the sea. Most the staff were super friendly, breakfast was excellent wide a wide range of everything you could want. Cocktails could be premixed or classic and taxis were super easy to get from the hotel. Kettles aren't included in the room but you can get one from reception for a small deposit, the same as beach towels from the spa. The spa is amazing, great value for money and wonderful treatments! Overall the hotel was very well looked after for being such a large resort and we loved every minute.

✗ Card only resort. I hadnt seen this before hand so had plenty of euros as did my group and found this a little annoying but managed to soend it in town! The floors always seemed dusty, they came and mopped them daily but easily got dirty with quickly dirty feet, we kept our flip flops on most the time, may just be a Tenerife thing!

nice stay and staff were extremely nice

✓ Large and the location wasn’t too bad (10 mins walk to shops and 15 mins to the beach). Very clean and nice large balcony. Spa and nice relaxing swimming pools although not deep.

✗ No coffee machine and very small fridge (no freezer). For the location, we took a taxi every time to the beach rather than walk.

Hello, Unfortunately indoor pool belongs to the Spa and the minimun age to use it it is 5 years old. The outside pool will be heate 28ºC all year. Sorry for the inconveniences.
