Very good

✓ Lovely quiet and clean place handy to the airport . The owner was very quick to reply to messages and assisted with advice on finding a taxi from the airport big enough to fit my oversized luggage. I really enjoyed my stay at Ca' Nadia. You can buy bus tickets at the shop about 300 metres from the property and catch the number 19 bus to Venice from there. Very easy and convenient.

The most terrible experience

✗ The worst day here, I can also see that they are highly rated. However, this type of family-run hotel lacks systematic training and they are unable to handle emergencies reasonably well. on the night of my stay, their water tap suddenly broke at night, after I tried to call the receptionist. There was no answer, the emergency number was not answered, and the water wouldn't stop, I tried to find tools in the corridor to fix it but it didn't work, the water just kept running all night and I couldn't sleep. the hotel could not deal with emergencies, the receptionist did not speak English and had to use translation software which made communication very difficult and they refused to find someone who could speak English to help with the problem ..... In the end, the issue was dealt with terribly, they judged that I had deliberately damaged the tap and the staff of the hotel threw me out rudely and shouted at me in Italian, it was a terrible experience and I had to call the police to deal with it.

✓ It is close to the airport and it takes just 19 minutes to get to the city Center. The room was cozy and clean. The staff is really nice and helpful. I am glad I stayed there.
