Large minibar: plenty of beer and other drinks. I ordered laundry from the hotel and it was done quickly and efficiently. I lost my headphones, at the reception they helped me find them. Nice people!

It was a luxe room. But the faucet was broken, and the towel hook was broken. Noisy shower fan. The noisy road nearby. Not very comfortable table and sofa for work. A round bed on which you can’t lie down diagonally with my large height. It's dark, I didn't have enough light.

the bed was nice and big

could feel the smoke from neighboors, far from any infrastructure, breakfast very limited

Wifi signal was very poor so please keep that in mind if you planning on working. Description of rooms doesn’t correspond to reality (e.g. I intentionally booked a suite with a balcony but there was no any). I hope this would be fixed as administrator didn’t seem to bother when I informed him. Air conditioning requires maintenance as it smells unpleasantly. That was my 5th hotel in a raw in Armenia and that was a first time I didn’t feel welcomed. After I check-out hotel was trying to cancel my booking for some reason.

1. Smell everywhere inside the hotel from the kitchen on the 1st floor 2. Smell from the outside barbecue 3. Very small windows in the rooms with the industrial view 4. Very noisy from the road. It’s impossible to sleep with open window 5. WiFi doesn’t work properly and lack of speed 6. Smoke smell everywhere 7. The hotel needs renovation

Dear Vahab, during the seasonal closure of the outdoors swimming pool, the indoor swimming pool is provided free of charge every day 10:00 - 15:00. After 15:00, the indoor swimming pools are provided privately, for a surcharge.
