I booked the stay for my girlfriend. The transfer from the airport was easy and nice. The staff was very polite and friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was very clean and nicely warm (I was here in Winter/Spring and some other hotels in Yerevan have cold rooms). Accessories like towels, shower gel, soap, bathrobe, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. were available in the room. I can recommend this hotel and I will surely use it again for travelling to Yerevan!

The room was huge, the bed was big and very comfortable. All very clean and quiet. Good breakfast with great coffee. Johannes and Alina at the front desk both speak English very well and are extremely kind, helpful and accommodating. They gave me some great tips as to where to exchange money and interesting places to see.

Very polite and attentive staff, you can feel that you are being taken care of throughout your stay. The room is in a good condition. Cleaning is also diligent.

Breakfast could have been better for a hotel of this class. The "Moscow spirit" is a little overbearing in the hotel, to the extent of being awkward (unless you really love Moscow).

Everything was amazing very attractive places and great location staff was like my family they were more than great especially yohans . He is very great and friendly person. He helped me to explore the city and he gives me his phone number if get any trouble. Actually Yerevan was amazing place and I was very happy to visit it and meet moscow House Hotel staff. The staff was very helpful, the room was big and clean. The breakfast was tasty and had different options like fruits, yogurts and eggs.

I didn't expect the clock to chime outside the window during the night. It's not the hotel's fault, just the thing you should know before booking

The rooms were clean, really spacious, and the staff was amazing. The hotel manager Mr. Yohanes is very helpful and will guide you throughout your stay.

The hotel is very nice. It is in the center of Yerevan - just a 15-minute walk from the Republic Square. The location is very convenient to explore the city center and vicinities. I had the room with panoramic view on the fourth floor which was quiet. Breakfast is good. I also used the laundry which was ready within a day.

The location was just great; a fair distance from republic square and not with the sounds of the crowded areas. The staff was super friendly, kind, and considerate. Though I arrived at 5 am in the morning and the normal check-in was at 2 pm, they delivered my room just at my arrival at 5 am! It was very relaxing since I took a shower and slept like a lug! and I also had breakfast the first day. This is not what every hotel does and I highly appreciate it. They also kept in touch with me even before my arrival via WhatsApp and I really liked the way they care. The breakfast was good, not very fresh bread and not super, but very good in my opinion. The rooms are surprisingly big! Clean and quiet; perfect airconditioner and the little fridge, plates, cutlery, tea, boiler, hair dryer, etc. inside the room.

The used towels should have been renewed every day but the cleaning staff missed replacing some of them every day! The bathroom (shower part) was smelling awfully if we were not using it and I think this should have been solved. The breakfast especially the quality of bread could have been better (to be fresh and hot) and hot and fresh croissant/cookie was not provided every day.

Hello! Yes we offer room service, such as cleaning. You can also opt to have breakfast in your room. But we don't offer kitchen amenities to use in the room, so no stove in the rooms.
