✓ Location was perfect! Loved that there was parking available. The staff was very helpful and even upgraded us to a superior room at no extra cost. Definitely recommend!

✓ The "Classico"was meager but excellent since I don't eat it at home-good bacon and eggs just right.

✗ I wish the safes had working combination locks, I lost my first key and had to pay 500P to replace it. The staff was helpful and good humored though it was really a pain in the burro. OH,and the TV had only 2 volume setting,too low and TOO LOUD!-Room 39,check it out.

✓ We booked last minute and wanted something central and cheap just for one night. Not as luxurious as other locations at Playa but it was more than enough for one night. Very happy with our choice.

✗ The breakfast we got offered wasn't great. It is not at the hotel but at a restaurant across the street and the included options were not that great. I was expecting something better to be honest.

✓ Comfy beds Tv and air con working in the room Cleaning service everyday Tasty breakfast Strong wifi All you need is there A lot of shops and restaurants around right in the center on the city Really nice and helpfull reception. The lady printed something for us without an issue and a gentelman let us stay 2hours longer after check out time.
