Host very welcoming, kind and hospital - language not a barrier. Good location, parking, fridge and coffee before an early departure.

Very minor, but there was a lack of signage and info meant I did not stay for dinner or know what else was possible.

Place is perfect for staying in Goris. Close to the city centre but quiet. Room was warm during cold night and very modern and clean. The host was exceptional nice. He welcomed us outside when we come and showed us where to park a car. He let us check out later without any problems and gave us tea for the road. Dinner and breakfast was very generous and tasty. I definitely will stay at this place if I come again to Goris. Highly recommended!.

Very good location, the hotel is new and looks fancy. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Communication with the staff was very hard prior and during our stay either in English and Russian. The menus in the restaurant are just a barcode and not everyone in our group had the opportunity to scan it. Ordering dinner took 15-20 minutes, because our Armenian guide had to translate everything. Same was with paying for dinner in the morning. Everything was written in a notebook by hand and difficult to read.
