Great hotel in the center of Seoul
✓ Great location. The breakfast was really good, with plenty of options, all of them really nice and good quality.

Comfortable, hassle-free and all-round good.
✓ 3020 room number was v comfortable and kept nice and clean. Happy hours and breakfast was international and great. I am gluten allergic but there was enough variety for me. Front desk was very courteous and quick.
✗ All was good. This was my third stay in Lotte starting from 2003 and all have been very satisfactory.

✗ rooms slightly small. staff could be more helpful. hotel charges for paper bags. there is a "green movement" so toothbrush/shavers are charged - be warned. shower curtains dirty.

Best hotel to stay in Seoul
✓ Perfect location, variety of facilities, so much choice for food and shopping. The staff is professional and thoughtful. There is a whole mall attached to the hotel too. Great rooms and view! Excellent. 10/10.
✗ The concierge has limited hours so it is difficult to sort anything urgent. Especially with the time difference, sometimes it would take over a day to get a response. For example I needed a transfer booked urgently (within 8 hour window) and by the time they replied I already took a taxi to where I needed to go.
