Location is very good.on main road.nice staff.neat and clean hotel.

Washroom was clean.but water clogging is thr.need to do some maitenence.all other is ok.no any issue.

Spacious and clean rooms with large clean bathroom.

Rooms are spacious, bathroom is large and clean. Although it's not very close to the city center and even to the subway (I used electric-scooter to get to the subway or taxi), I will stay there again. Rooms with road view are noisy. Better ask for "backyard" view there is a spacious parking with one-two cars).

Very large comfortable and quiet room. Perfect spacious shower. Great breakfast with different hot dishes each day. Helpful, friendly staff. Easy bus transport to centre and shops nearby. My second visit.

Very comfortable, spacious room, big bathroom with walking shower , hot water with good pressure electric kettle. tea and coffee in the room, as well as bottled water. staff super nice and helpful delicious breakfast - great variety

I liked the most that they were able to check me in late after midnight. I enjoyed the breakfast, there was a nice selection of food. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is next to a major road and it is a bit noisy, even at night.

At the time of my stay I got sick badly. Hotel staff girl working at reception cooperate me a lot. Bring fruits for me in my room. Extend my stay I am thankful to them.

All was great, thank you. Breakfast was simple, but quite enough. Beds are great, other things like furniture, bath, and cleanliness. are also perfect

On the first day, wifi was poor looks like because of street protests. On all other days, connectivity became good

Exceptionally good hotel. Allowed to check-in early and offered choice of rooms which are very spacious. Lockable cupboards for baggage and bowl of fruit provided. Staff very helpful? Get bus 30/ 35 or marshrutka 26 to centre. Shops nearby.

The room is spacious and clean especially the toilet and bathroom. The bedding is comfortable. The room is also sound-proofed - you will not hear anything from the busy road. The hotel is easy to locate.

The only channels on the television are Armenian and Russian. The main door is difficult to open from the outside (but the staff are very helpful). The towels are a bit worn out.
