One of the nicest hosts i've ever seen, super friendly, attentive and punctual. Room has separate enter like a whole apartment :D clean and chill even during hot days(!)- with all I need, even little kitchen with dishes for cooking.

Cotton sheets - really can not sleep on other materials, but it was too late when it turned out it's satin on my bed, but I pretty sure, I could get what I need if I would just ask for it before 2AM hehe - so It's more about my special requests for the future bookings perfect place

The studio was very modern. The low balcony with table and chairs outside forms part of an enclosed courtyard shared with the owners who are pleasant. Make sure you copy the location from booking.com as Google Maps will send you to the wrong place. Maps,me locates the place accurately.

It has smart tv, fridge, own cooker, flat iron, hair dryer. Near the supermarket and very safe for a lone traveler like me. kitchen utensils are complete and I like the fact that you can cook whenever you want. Dishwashing liquid, salt, sugar and cooking oil were already provided too. No need to buy if you’re having a short stay, thank you so much! PS. I hope you can also put a full body mirror.

I can hear the noise when the neighbor uses the washroom, probably its the heater or the hair dryer early in the morning.

Squeaky clean, fully equipped city apartment. Lovingly decorated by friendly owner Hasmik (actually, the apartment looks one of those show room units in a big furniture house). Quiet side street. A mere 30 m from city park, supermarket and ATM. Highly recommendable.

The place is perfect: everything is brand new, clean, private, quiet and still super close to the city centre. The hosts went beyond their way to accommodate us, they’ve helped us with our taxi upon arrival and with our laundry, always made sure we had everything we needed. We really fell in love with Armenia, and want to come back soon and for longer, and for sure we will stay at Apart Hotel Alex when we come back. We are really thankful to have met Hasmik and her family and hope to see them again soon! Totally recommended 👌🏼👌🏼

Great location, 15-20 minutes walk to center. Free parking right in front of the apartment. Very clean and has everything one needs. Good wifi.

Everything was great, except the sleep quality. You can hear absolutely everything from the neighbours - I had the feeling, there is a curtain instead of a wall.
