✓ The location was very nice, with good hotel facilities, and nice personnel, breakfast offered a lot of options,

✗ My room was at a lower level and every day was a bad smell of drainage in the hallway and in my bathroom, very unpleasant, I was surprised that a 4-star hotel didn't provide still water for rooms, I got only 2 bottles on check-in day and nothing else.

Amazing place will be back !

Hotel good but spa experience could have been better

✓ Location, very clean, very modern, quiet room (we were facing onto the street but I selected this on purpose as didnt want music from pool to be heard in room), the smaller restraurant had lovely food and super lovely staff and was very very reasonable. Good size pool area with lots of loungers, able to get one even late in the day. Close enough to Magaluf and Palma Nova but far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Shop accross the road for essentials!

✗ We arrived on 27 Aug when it was torrential rain. We booked a spa treatment and tried to find the spa but were not able to (not clearly sign posted) so we went to reception and the small dark haired girl (hair in a bun) said we had to go downstairs and OUTSIDE along the pool to access the spa 'sorry'! We were incredulous because it was a storm outside and raining so hard but she repeated again we had to go outside. We went outside and it was freezing, raining so heavy and very very cold as well as dangerous and slippy. By the time we go to the spa we were soaked though and freezing and it is no way to start an expensive treatment that the whole purpose was for relaxing. Really upset. No offer of a towel I had to ask and when I did I was asked 'why'?! I said to dry myself having had to just walk out in the rain to get here! They said 'oh no you dont have to go outside you can enter from the other lift!! Why would reception tell us we had to go outside if we did not. I complained to hotel and they did say sorry but that was it, no offer of a discount on return or anything like that which I think in the circumstances would have been appropriate.

✓ the scenery is spectacular, the personnel take into account our demands, I was very happy to be there

✗ privacy of the toilet, big hotel but it is to be expected because the price is very reasonable for this beautiful hotel and the location
