Not worth the money. There are lots of nicer places with better service at better prices.

✓ The staff was very friendly and helpful besides the concierge. The nature was pretty.

✗ My room was confirmed to me as having a bathtub. I had an email confirmation stating just that. I attached that in the pics. It did not have one, and the staff were unwilling to help. Booking also did not help me and their customer service was very rude to both my husband and I. This is very important when I book a room. I would have stayed at another location with a bathtub. I really need a tub to shave my legs and relax. I do not use showers unless I have to and that is why I double checked and made sure it was in print. I expected some form of apology for the false advertisement along with a respectful refund. The Blue Diamond offered nothing and Booking offered $27. Be prepared to walk a lot. There are golf carts but getting one when you need one is not easy. Concierge rarely answers the phone. The bed is very uncomfortable. The plunge pool out on the patio is not functional making the patio appear run down. The “Water Circuit” just means the sauna in the spa along with a small pool. The seaweed is out of control during this season and this resort can't fix it because of its location. I expected a relaxing, luxury, stay. This was far from my experience.

✓ The staff get 10/10 friendly helpful kind and very accommodating Location is beautiful and when it’s not seaweed season the beach is stunning. The food is fabulous, everything they serve tastes delicious

✗ New Bicycles desperately needed for the rooms and it’s such a shame that the outdoor bath is not very usable - the beach was out of action because of the seaweed problem this time of year so only the pool was available for cooling off and it was not clean enough.

My 15 nights were Restful, comfortable, and gave me the feel of a luxurious retreat, I loved my stay

✓ The beach and pool are faultless, and the food and drink service on the beach was excellent, I would have loved to see vegan options on the menu, but regardless the food is absolutely excellent in the restaurants and the chef was always happy to go that extra mile and adapt to my dietary requests. I never had a bad meal.

✗ during covid I would have like the bedroom to be more deep cleaned - disinfected and germ free

Beautiful place but doesn’t worth the money

✓ The property was beautiful however it wasn’t clean. I had hair in my food more then one time.

✗ I didn’t have hot water in my shower for the 1st 2 days. And my room had a really bad smell of mold .
