Bayram Apart Hotel

Fabulous

✓ Perfect location, walking distance to Cleopatra beach (the nicest one of entire Alanya). Spacious room. Large balcony. Comfy beds. A bit noisy (as in most Turkish appartment buildings). Quiet street. Price / quality cannot be beaten. Elevator that works smoothly. We love this area and would stay here again.

✗ Bathroom was a bit smelly (sewage). But also this is a known Turkish thing. Cleaning was good tho!

Unfortunately, I wouldn't come back

✓ Near the beach. One of the perks of this location is the Irish pub. Stuff was nice, cleaning ladies lovely.

✗ Upon my arrival, they already had some electrical problems. Due to my remote job, I left the place earlier the next day because electricity came and went every 10 minutes. The apartment was economical, the kitchen wasn't great, the view wasn't fantastic, and I could hear my neighbors. After a month, I finally got my refund. It was a bit challenging, there were many calls with booking support, stuff from the hotel, etc. Ultimately, the owner communicated with me, and I was given my money back the same day.

Total disappointment

✓ Good location, from Cleopatra beach just a short walk away. Quiet place in the busy area.

✗ The photos are far from reality! The apartment, furniture, stove in the kitchen, everything was old. You need to hold the shower handle in your hands while taking a shower. On arrival there was sand on the floor in apartment. The hotel takes 100 euro deposit on entry, which is not in the description and rules. Total disappointment.

great location - close to the party area but very quiet

✓ the blinds were fairly good and blocked out most of the sun when i wanted to sleep in The place was very quiet too despite being so close to the party area. they will control the noise in that area too to ensure it's quiet there's a small supermarket right next door for most of the necessities (and beer that isnt marked up like crazy like in most shops) and a larger one that runs 24/7 just a few mins walk the main road (away from the beach, just check google map) aircon was nice and strong too and even though the aircon was off for the entire afternoon (key card type) , it was still fairly cooling by the time I'm back at night

Wonderful stay, very close to the Cleopatra beach and in the center of Alanya.

✓ The hotel is very close to the sea, excellent location. Shops and grocery markets are all nearby. Also you can just have a 10 mins walk to Tuesday bazar (farmers market) and get the most fresh vegetables and fruits there, and taste the freshly cooked fish there for decent prices. There are several other small grocery shops too just around the corner. Kitchen has all necessary tools for everyday cooking if you like to cook, apartments cleaning was done regularly (Fide does a great job, we were very pleased to meet her), staff is very helpful and responsive. Hotel also has a small pool for adults and kids for those who are travelling with kids. I especially liked the fact that because this hotel is located not near the main road but in 1-2 blocks from the road on a silent street, we could sleep well in the night with open windows with no noise (such as music or cars) from outside. Air conditioner is in the bedroom and was working well too. I would stay in this hotel again. Good value for money spent. And another important point - I was working for a week remotely from the hotel with my laptop and the Wifi internet speed was very good for work and Teams calls. So I would recommend this hotel for those who plan to work also remotely while there.
