Some good points but some improvement needed.
✓ The stay was pleasant. The garden is fantastic. The cats are good company. I liked the "Tunisian cabaret" music coming up during the night.
✗ The bathrooms and kitchenettes need renovation. There is absolutely zero kitchenware in them: what's the point? I was never able to get new batteries for the TV remote control! People slam doors instead of using their keys to shut them quietly.

Just passable and the staff is a bit unfriendly and don't expect any usable information from them.
✓ The hotel was close to the beach and easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Our room had an terrace which was very nice to have meals/drinks.
✗ The kitchenette was very old and the cupboards were empty. Later we were told that we needed to pay a deposit of €50 and a €4 usage fee per day if we wanted to use the kitchenette. Read the fine print before booking.
