✓ The facility , location and staff ..

✗ Unbelievable 5 star hotel …. Never ever recommend… last time …. No response from afternoon we ask to open AC weather too hot , room tooooooooooo hot … Unbelievable response from afternoon promise within 30 minutes will repair but till midnight nobody fixing the A/C …. Till know. Room with out any room set … the water stay in the sink never go down ….

Pleasant

✓ The swimming pool area is lovely. That is great that the beach and the sea are literally 2 meters from the hotel area. The beach guardian Kamel is very helpful. The hotel is close to the old town very convenient to visit the local museums. The room cleaning staff were very nice. The breakfast is decent except for the drinks.

✗ Pour quality of drinks at breakfast : coffee seems to be of low quality (some kind of instant powder coffee) and no fresh juices (but some fruit drinks instead). The currency exchange service at the Reception desk does not provide the receipt, thus it is not possible later to exchange the dinars back to euro at the airport (and since it is forbidden to export the local currency even im small amounts, you are trapped in the airport with your dinars)

✓ good location and good facilities. Pools are nice and beach is clean and tidy. free secure parking with lots of space staff are friendly and helpful.

✗ food is quite limited In restaurants with very little vegetarian options.

✓ as a disabled man in a wheelchair I found everything easily accessible all the staff and other guests where extremely helpful often going above and beyond to help me the food was out of this world my expanding waistline does not lie Ahaha already saving up for my next trip and am planning on making a return to Sousse palace definitely value for money

✗ I found the Sousse palace excellent in every way the only constructive criticism I could possibly have is the shower floor is a little to slippy in the disabled shower and floor needs looking at before someone has a serious accident as we are becoming a suing culture like America and would not like to see that happen to Sousse Palace'Hotel and Spa

comfortable spacious room with sea view.

✓ the hotel has access to the beach, external and covered swimming pools. there are also 4 restaurants in place. the room was clean spacious and comfortable with a view to the sea. the amenities were good.

✗ the Wi-Fi was slow and sometimes unavailable. the toilet was leaking and the staff was not able to solve it during my stay. moreover, the staff was uncooperative unless you would give them a tip. for instance I asked the reception for the menu and prices of the 4 restaurants inside the hotel. they quite simply asked me to check myself which implied walking to different blocks. I also asked them to keep my bag after check out. it took them 30 min to get it from the storage and give it back!

good value for money off season. clean and comfortable.

✓ stayed for 3 days in the 1st week of Feb. clean and spacious, great view on the sea and good bfast. great access to the beach. nice and helpful receptionists.

✗ everything was great. maybe just a bit too much of the overwhelming smell of air fresheners in the room.

Exceptional

✓ the best location, beautiful place and nice indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi! Good breakfast, I will the same place if I come again.

Great Hotel close to the train station and the medina

✓ My room was on the top floor (6th) with fantastic view of the courtyard with pools and the beach towards the Mediterranee sea. The room was comfortable, and the hotel was only five minutes' walk from the train station. It is within walking distance to the medina of Sousse. There is a grocery shop around the block from the hotel which is convenient. Breakfast buffet was very nice with mediterrean flavour.

✗ Nothing that I didn't like. The rooms should have corkscrews available. (There were wine glasses, but no corkscrew). Receptionist was not helpful when you ask for information on getting to El Jem or Hammanent. (it was like they would profit from it or something. They would not give you information on how to travel independently without their private taxi.)
