✗ better transparency around cost of rooms. I needed a late check-in (8:30pm) and my original booking needed to be upgraded and this cost me an additional 50% and then it was self check-in when I arrived. I needed pet friendly accommodations and having a pet is an additional charge $25/pet. the room was good value but I prefer these details to be upfront and transparent at the point of booking. out of the motels control but the woman in room 17 was horrific. she spent the entire night and early morning screaming and yelling expletives at her travelling companion. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.
