✓ Amazing location right opposite a cinema, mall and retail park, with so many bars and restaurants nearby.
✗ I left my phone in the taxi and was charged a fortune for international calls that weren't even answered!

Hotel was in a perfect location to attend a concert at the nearby event center.
✓ The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is an easy walk to the concert event center which was wonderful!
✗ it was $27.06 per night per car to park there so that added to the already high nightly rate.

✗ They love money water costs $5 no complementary water the handling of any delivery costs money per box, the internet isn’t free and charged per night, better find out where to park a car or it would cost you money as well.

great location, reasonable service but expensive hotel in an expensive yet beautiful neighborhood.
✓ the location was great, the management of hotel was friendly.
✗ They do not provide even complementary water and water in the room is 5 USD which is ridiculous. the internet is not free everything here costs money even handling deliveries to the property. the breakfast is not great and better options can be found outside. the payment method at arrival is they book the amount and deduct daily it is simply stupid.

Wonderful time walking away with great memories and a must come back again.
✓ The clerks at the front desk were friendly and the hotel was clean and the breakfast was delicious, we loved everything about our stay. We travel a lot and I can say this hotel by far was one of the better ones we've stayed in. The area provides so much to do. It's quiet . We had drinks and set outside which was quiet and warm feeling.
✗ Im hot natured and the thermostat would not go below 68 degrees. At home 68 is fine. I didn't feel that the room was actually 68 degrees it felt more like mid 70 degrees. Much to warm for me. This was my only complaint
