Fabulous

✓ Great hotel on beautiful lush grounds. We saw all sorts of critters while we were there. The two pools were amazing and we spent a good deal of time there. The free breakfast was a nice variety and good touch. The rooms were decent, beds pretty good, shower good but bathroom very outdated overall, and AC worked great. Overall the staff was friendly, check in and out went smoothly, bar/restaurant staff great, and we would stay again if there again.

✗ The property was a bit removed from the small town and it was a bumpy ride or walk to get there, but the beauty of the property made you forget that. Wish the pool stayed open a tad longer and rooms/bathrooms could stand for an update. The twin in the room is a tiny twin, not made for even an average size adult.

✓ Beautiful grounds with birds and flowers. The pool area is very nice and we liked our private patio for drinks with the fridge outside and ice available. Very good breakfast. Close to the river for the kids to swim.

✗ The restaurant seemed a bit expensive to we went to town to eat.

Nice place to relax, close from many other beaches, waterfalls, restaurents.

✓ Location is perfect, 10 mins walk to Dominical beach. there is also a small river just outside the property and you can go and enjoy the view. Hotel has 2-3 pools, jacuzzi, tennis court and indoor games (8 balls pool, soccer). I didnt like the soccer station it was not clean bit greesy. Rooms are clean, bed were very comfortable wifi and tv with Netflix. you get one small fridge. hot water. towels. and dryer and AC. I like to photograph the birds, I saw some birds there but didn't see any toucans or monkeys. They have parking, breakfast buffet included. Best part was location, it is in the center so you can reach to nauyaca waterfalls in 20 mins, Uvita Beach in 20 mins and many others beaches. Last 1km road to hotel is bit bumpy, but you will get there even if you don't have 4x4 vehical.

✗ 1. Food options for vegetarian/vegan people were very few, didn't like it very much. 2. Food was a bit overpriced but there are so many other restaurent nearby so you have options.

✓ breakfast was ok

✗ you cannot expect people with mobility issues to walk way up to room 365 and 366. very disappointed. how about getting a couple of golf carts. would be a big help. it is not a major expenses especially with rooms too high up. will probably not return.
