✓ Big and clean apartment in excellent condition, rich equipped kitchen, very good localization. Plus for a parking place dedicated to apartment and getting keys from the lock.
✗ Rich guide about apartment rules, but... only in German. No single sentence in English. Lack of any soap to wash hands, only one garbage bag in the kitchen. No information where to throw garbage.
