✗ The room was tattered. Rug wet tub didn’t drain sink didn’t keep water in it. Door was hard to open and close.

✗ Tiny printed instructions for hotel layout, no hall signs to locate stairwell, difficult tub to enter for handicapped room, no hand-held shower head

Not at all what I expected or what I’m used to for a Laquinta.
✗ The hallways and my room smelled like smoke, anytime I went to the front desk I had to wait. At check in I waited almost 20min at 1:00 AM just to check in. Oh also the furniture in the rooms seem to be very worn , the TV stand looked a mess and not well maintained. This is not my expectation for a Laquinta.

✓ Literally a horrible experience. And the day of the price was SLASHED. I will not be booking with booking.com again. This hotel was not as advertised. Disgustingly dirty. Horrible.

My stay was extremly nice. Staff was kind. The hotel is 10+ years old.
✓ Good location.milk was expired,orange juice was water. Food was not home cooked.friendly staff e very piece of food needs improveing. I know pandemic hurt everything but serving the kinda food.nothing was real oatmeal,grits, no sugar free jelly,surpe.apple jack,fruit loops is real.bacon,ham etc..... paying good money should expect southern cooking.

✓ Easy to get to with several dining options. Breakfast was quite adequate.
✗ Clean enough but aged and so didn’t feel very clean. Needs some updating and maintenance. Low light option (night light in bathroom would be great!) Young lady at check in did her job but no more!

Overall great stay
✓ Everything was great, from location and access to shops and food to ease of travel in the area. The room was fantastic. Plenty of hot water. Spacious bathroom. Best A/C I've had in a room at a hotel.
✗ Heavy construction next door of another hotel. Water pressure could have been a little better but still effective. Freezer in fridge wouldn't freeze or keep anything frozen.
