Good, but can be better.
✓ Excellent location — close to centre and cheap food. Nice garden that makes for a relaxing time reading or just dreaming… Some easy hiking trails nearby.
✗ The water system in the room is not well maintained: instant water heater makes a lot of noise when turned on during shower. The faucet at the wash basin in the bathroom doesn’t work. However, this is cleverly rectified with a water hose inserted between the two faucets.
