Everything was more than perfect... The hotel staff were very friendly... The room and the hotel were clean and comfortable... We were welcomed with Armenian cognac... A friend of us had a birthday, and when the host found out this in the morning, he immediately brought and opened a bottle of champagne... He was also very helpful in organizing a day trip and a taxi for us... The breakfast was different every day - typical Armenian dishes... Thanks a lot, dear Bagrat! We hope to see you again and will recommend your hotel to all our friends...

The service in Tatev Hotel and Tours was outstanding. Owner of the place did much to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Good location easy walking distance to City centre. Great home made breakfast. Internet good enough. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

It is not often that I stay at the same hotel twice, yet this was the case. Good locations, great hosts, very, very clean facilities, nice breakfast. Bathroom needs specially to be mentioned - so much marble and so clean. The room is very big. Although the breakfast officially starts at 9 AM, you can negotiate with the hosts to have any other time necessary.

Very clean and comfortable room. This is a family-owned hotel and the hosts are very welcoming and caring. Excellent breakfast with typical Armenian food made at home.

Breakfast was superb. Host family are wonderful: they went the extra mile to assist every customer there. Lots of marble inside - more than expected for a 2 star hotel with only average curb appeal.

Bagrat was great and our stay was like being at home. He helped us with the tourism activities and was always willing to help with everything we needed. The bedroom was very big, clean and the breakfast was amazing and changed everyday.

The facilities were clean, with towels, soap, slippers, etc. provided. The rooms are also equipped with air-conditioning, and the beds are quite comfortable (though mine had metal rods at the head and feet - not super convenient if you are taller than 6ft). It is in a good location with the major sights within 30 minutes walking (or between 1-7$ taxi rides with Yandex taxi service (highly recommended to download the Yandex app and attach a credit card before you go as there is no uber or bolt)). There is a large church directly around the corner and a mall with a food court a few minutes away. There is also a grocery/convenience store and ATM+money exchange a minute away. Breakfast was also good - it is prepared for you at the time you specify starting at 9:00, and consists of several things at once (though you do not select the breakfast options). Tea and coffee is available at any time. The owner is very friendly and helpful but does not speak too much English (not a problem at all - just something to be aware of: we primarily communicated through broken English, Russian and google-translate). Would definitely recommend.

No major issues or inconveniences.

Hotel Tatev is a perfect place to stay in Yerevan. The room was good, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and varied (I stayed for five days). Mr. Bagrat has always been very nice, friendly, and helpful. On my next stay, I will definitely stay in this hotel and recommend it to my friends.
