Great apartment for a stay with family or friends in downtown Valencia

✓ The apartment is in a perfect location, very close to the port area and to the City of Arts and Sciences. Also well connected to the center. The communication with the owner was very easy and provided us with all the neede informations. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needd for our stay in Valencia

Overall, was very pleased

✓ Very well located near the beach and sites. The host was very willing to help with anything and was wonderful.

✗ I think one of the flats the electricity kept cutting out. Also it would have been nice if the group could get together before a certain time just to hangout but not anything party related

ALFONSO WAS A HORRIBLE REPRESENTATIVE OF VALENCIA, HAD HORRIBLE ATTITUDE, VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL.

✓ CONDO WAS CUTE AND HAD AIR CONDITIONING THAT COOLED WELL. THERE WAS A WASHER THAT WE DIDNT KNOW ABOUT OR WE WOULD HAVE PACKED DIFFERENTLY SINCE WE COULD WASH CLOTHES.

✗ HOST ALFONSO WAS HORRIBLE. WE TRAVELED FOR 2 DAYS TO GET THERE TO VALENCIA AND HAD POOR PHONE SERVICE AS WE WERE IN PLANE MOST OF THE 2 DAYS AND WERE FROM USA. I REACHED OUT TO HIM THE MORNING OF ARRIVAL TO OBTAIN DIRECTIONS AND GET MORE DETAILS ABOUT CHECK IN. DIDNT HEAR FROM HIM BUT WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH PHONE SO I CALLED HIM AFTER WE PICKED UP OUR LUGGAGE AND WERE READY TO LEAVE AIRPORT. HE HUNG UP ON ME AND TOLD ME TO READ WHATS APP. I HAD NO SERVICE TO GET ONLINE TO READ WHATS APP AND DONT EVEN USE WHATS APP BUT I TRIED TO GET ON IT TO GET INSTRUCTION ANYWAY AND COULD NOT. CALLED HIM BACK AND HE WAS ANGRY AND YELLING AT ME TO GET ON WHATS APP. SAID HE WAS BUSY WITH OTHER GUESTS. EXPLAINED THAT I WAS UNABLE TO GET ONLINE AND NONE OF THE 6 OF US IN MY PARTY HAD ANY SERVICE. HE WAS VERY RUDE, YELLING AND WANTING TO KNOW WHAT TIME WE WOULD ARRIVE. EXPLAINED I DIDN'T KNOW BECAUSE WE COULDN'T PULL UP MAPS OR ANY INSTRUCTION. HE TOLD ME TO BE THERE IN 30 MINUTES. WE TOOK TRAIN INTO VALENCIA AND LITERALLY WALKED AROUND PULLING OUR LUGGAGE FOR AN HOUR AND HALF UNTIL SOMEONE HELPED US. MY SONS WHEELS BROKE OFF HIS LUGGAGE AND THE WHOLE BOTTOM RIPPED OUT FROM BEING PULLED AROUND VALENCIA. WHEN WE ARRIVED, HE WAS TICKED OFF AND YELLING AT US THAT HE HAD BEEN WAITING. WE WERE EXHAUSTED FROM TRAVELING FOR 2 DAYS WITHOUT SLEEP DUE TO JET LAG THEN FROM DRAGGING AROUND AND WALKING EVERYWHERE TO FIND THIS PLACE. THEN HE TRIED TO SAY WE ONLY BOOKED THE CONDO FOR 4 PEOPLE. THIS WAS BULLCRAP BECAUSE THERE WERE 3 ADULTS AND 3 TEENS FOR A SENIOR TRIP. THE PLACE CLEARLY SAYS KIDS OF ALL AGES WELCOME AND WE POINTED THAT OUT TO HIM AND TOLD HIM THAT THE DESCRIPTION SAYS 6 BEDS. HE THEN TRIED TO SAY OUR KIDS WERE TOO BIG. HE SAYS ALL KIDS MEANT LITTLE KIDS. I STARTED CRYING SO THE DAD IN THE GROUP STEPPED IN WHEN HE WAS THREATENING US THAT WE COULDNT STAY THERE. SEEMS HE LIKES DEALING WITH MEN BETTER.

✓ This is an excellent location near a beach, a port, and the longest park. The apartment is clean and has everything for a long stay living. A friendly host can help with everything.

✗ Maybe for someone, the ground floor will not be suitable, but in reality, it is okay. The ceiling there is not for tall people, but in general, it is not a problem.

✓ IT WAS CLOSE TO OUR AREA OF WORK, WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE AND VERY COMFORTABLE AFTER A DAY'S WORK.
