Great hotel, great staff, great experience.

✓ Staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgable. The room is well appointed, clean and modern. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I believe it was certainly worth the cost.

✗ It is slightly further out from the centre of the city than I had expected however this is not the hotels problem, I just did not pay enough attention to the location!

✓ Absolutely fantastic lake view! Absolutely quiet place! Hot tub with a beautiful scenery! The staff are very friendly polite and professional and it feels like home!

✓ It was a great location away from the busyness of Queenstown and the view from my room was just amazing. Friendly and hospitable staff, from check in to bar lounge. I didn't get to eat in, but will make sure to do so next time. Lovely spot and glad I chose the room I did. The spa, was amazing, would have been great to have it outside my room, but that's another room I'll need to book.

✗ The parking, first come, first serve. Put off the idea of exploring at night as there might not be a park available on return. The gap in the door from the hallway to the room. Noise and cold air would come through, so maybe a draft snake would be a good idea to have in the rooms, meanwhile the big blankie did the trick.

✓ I loved the atmosphere and the smell of the interior as soon as I walked in. It was a relaxing space with amazing amenities which included a Nespresso coffee machine in the room, an Alexa, robe, and not to mention the bathroom supplies like toothbrush, razor, makeup wipes.

✗ I’d prefer more food options, a buffet breakfast would really elevate this place , an omelette bar, esp for breakfast as of skiing need a good one. The choices were very limited and not great unfort.

A quiet few days away in beautiful Queenstown

✓ The location is something off a postcard - so incredible! My room was lovely, perfect for my stay with the prettiest view of the snow-capped remarkables. Overall, the hotel is excellent - I just need to stay longer next time!

✗ Honestly there was nothing I didn't like - perhaps having a mini-bar in the rooms would be helpful, but that's being super picky. Everything was done very well at Kamana and I couldn't fault it.

✓ Absolutely stunning hotel, the view from the room of the Remarkables was beautiful. The hotel was well appointed with great facilities and friendly staff. The restaurant was a must visit, with a memorable degustation menu.
