Sumptuous and quality high-tea breakfast with Unwind
✓ Location, breakfast was unique, of high quality and superb - would highly recommend to friends and contact.

✗ The rooms are tiny even when I have booked a larger room. And there is also a smell. Breakfast is a “high tea style” set which is not great. There are steps at the front door and you have to tug your luggages up.

Great stay and will stay again
✓ Breakfast is the not usual buffet style which can be very wasteful, it comes as a set which is nicely presented. There is complimentary wine tasting in the afternoon.

✗ It would hv been better if there is a wash basin in the toilet. Otherwise, one will need to wait for bathroom ( if it's occupied) to wash hands.

Thank you for your inquiry. Comfort Loft room doesn't have a TV as you said. But, this room type has a projector, you can use it as a TV. Black file on the table, you can check how to use a projector, if you like please use it.

Yes, we have a parking lot with 5 spaces, but you can't reserve it(first-come-first-serve). And, if something is dangerous in the snow, we close some spaces. We direct other parking if you come when full of our spaces.

Thank you for your inquiry. They are the same. Up to 6 people can stay in this Loft room. There are 2 beds (W120cm) and 2 futon (W100cm) in this room type, so There is one separated shower room and toilet in this room.

We have 2 coin-washing machines and dryers in our a laundry facility in the hotel. It costs 200 Yen for washing and 100 yen for drying. Rooms are not equipped with microwave, however we can warm up at our front desk so feel free to ask our staff!
