Amazing !
✓ The apartment is large enough to accommodate between 3 and 6 people. The beds were amazing, I felt like in a cloud after long days of cycling. The equipment present is sufficient, the shower is large, and the kitchen is practical. In short, I recommend this location!

✓ Good location, big house, very comfy beds, a lot of toiletries and other products left after other guests. Okay value for money. One day the wi-fi stopped working. However, they quickly responded and send us the login of the next-door house. If the place had not been so dirty when we arrived and had not looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time, it would have been a perfect stay!!!
✗ The house was super dirty. We needed to negotiate with Booking and the owner (sending pictures of the mess), who in the end agreed to send someone to clean. Luckily enough, it took only one day. However, no discount was provided.

✓ Lovely home in a quiet area, not far from ANA International Hotel
✗ There was a hidden cleaning fee of 11,000 JPY. So the cost was signifficantly higher than what we thought we were paying. Please watch out for this trap if you are booking. You can't really see it in the general information at the page. The flat could have been better cleaned.

✓ i like it because i am only one person stay, with lots of space and its quiet than the stay in city, maxiam 3 person will be enought. place were clean and laundry machine and dryer is fab.
✗ when i booked from the booking.com, it didnt mention the cleaning fee will be charge, it only shows not included , but didnt say it will charged once i stay, i though it is something like if the guest make a mess then they will charge the cleaning fee , beacuse the total price it shows on booking was not included it, it just like a trap and confused, i was not happy at all. very annoying.
