I wouldn’t go back
✗ it was promoted as an Onsen and the picture didn’t match the available facilities. very disappointing.

the location was great, staff were very helpful but too bad with some equipment
✓ the food was great. there were many choices of cuisines and every food was delicious.
✗ the bathroom light was too dark and the hair dryer was not working during my stay. they gave me another hair dryer but the handle was broken it couldn't even open up to support the dryer itself. I had to hold the main dryer and it gets hot as i used it. the AC didn't seem to be working either. it was too hot under the duvet so I turned down the temperature but no effect after all.
